Qualification Details: 

Candidate should be 10th pass. Online applications are invited from Indian citizens (Male & Female) for filling up 150 vacancies for Non-Gazetted (Combatised) & Non-Ministerial posts of Constable (General Duty) in Group-"C" under Sports Quota in Sashastra Seema Bal, Government Of India, Ministry of Home Affairs. 

1. Name of game: Football, Basketball, Hockey , Shooting (Sports), Archery, Athletics, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Boxing, Judo ,Weight Lifting, Boxing Cycling, Equestrian, Badminton, Taekwondo (Kyurugi),Swimming (Aquatics)

2 .Pay: The post will carry Pay Matrix Rs.21700-69100/- as per 7th CPC and other allowances as admissible in the Force from time to time under the rules/ instructions. The selected candidates for the post of CT(GD) under Sports Quota will be governed under Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (New Pension System).

3. Qualification: Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board/ institute

4. Sports Qualification: Players who have participated in any recognized International events representing the country since 01.01.2017 Or Players participated in last Olympic Games, World Cups and Asian Games Or Players who have won Medal in recognized National Level sports tournament since 01.01.2017 to last date of receipt of application i.e. 30 days from the publication of this advertisement in Employment News.

Age: 18 - 23 years

Application Fee: Unreserved and OBC category candidates are required to pay Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred) only being fees (non- refundable) through net-banking/ credit card/ debit card/ Challan. However, SC/ ST/ Ex- servicemen & Female candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

General Information

1. All candidates called for Documentation, Field Trial, Physical Standard Test and Medical Examinations will bring a clear and legible print out of the acknowledgment of online application form submitted by them for purpose of identification etc. Candidates not in possession of acknowledgment of online application form will not be permitted to enter the venue. The print out will be retained b SSB for office use/ lacin in the individual dossier.

2 .Candidates canvassing in any form/bringing outside influence/pressure/ offering illegal gratification/ blackmailing/ threatening to blackmail any person connected with recruitment will bedi ualified. It should, however, be clearly understood that the Recruitment Board reserves to itself, absolute discretion to re - ector acc tan candidate at an stae.

3. Mere qualifying all the prescribed tests in SSB recruitment does not confer the right to an candidate for selection. Change in category will not be entertained in future and the candidature of such candidate shall be cancelled.

4. Candidates who are not in possession of certificate of minimum education qualification by closing date of receipt of applications i.e. 30 (thirty) days from the date of blication of this advertisement in the Em 10 ent News need not to I The candidates will not be considered for recruitment if involved/ convicted/arrested in any criminal case under IPC or any other Act of the Central Government or State Govemment. West Pakistani Refugees settled in J&K are exempted from producing domicile certificate, they will produce certificate issued by the village Sarpanch/ Numbardar along with copy of the Electoral Roll showing the name of the candidate in voter list for election to the Parliamentary Constituency.

1 .Upload Photo  - The candidate will have to upload his/ her passport size coloured photograph in JPG format which must be less than 50 kb and greater than 4 kb of resolution 120 pixel widths by 150 pixels height.

2. Upload signature - The candidate will have to upload his/ her signature in JPG format which must be less than 12 kb and greater than 4 kb of resolution 140 pixel widths by 60 pixels height.

3. Uploading of documents  - The candidate will have to upload his/her documents as required to complete the application form in PDF format which must be less than 100 kb and gæater than 50 kb.
